Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Discover and other direct payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. For wholesalers with a Lumilum account, you can order by check, wire transfer, or with a corporate purchase order. Please note that orders shipped within Florida will be charged sales tax. Any orders shipped to Canada are subject to import duties.
Coupon and Discount Redemption
Occasionally we make special discounts or coupons available, these may be redeemed by entering the discount code in the provided space during the online checkout process. Coupons and discounts have expiration dates and special requirements that must be met for the discount to be valid.
Missing or Damaged Items, Lost Orders
Please contact us immediately if any items in your order are missing, damaged, or if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window. We can not replace lost orders that someone else receives on your behalf (drop shipments).
